In three halls, we will take you into the extraordinary world of the Renaissance, show you the details inside the chapel and finally, thanks to state-of-the-art technology, take you inside the chapel.
Educational room and cinema hall
In these two halls, we tell the extraordinary story of the Sistine Chapel and its creators, uncovering interesting facts about the most important frescoes as well as the Chapel itself. You will also see a replica of one of Michelangelo's most famous sculptures: the Vatican Pietà.
In the cinema hall, we present a film narrative about the origin of the works in the Chapel and intriguing facts related to them.
The poetic story of the most famous frescoes in the world is a journey into the depths of the human soul and a rediscovery of the message of their creators.

Immersive Chapel
THE THIRD ROOM is a unique place – thanks to the most modern technology, you will find yourself inside the Sistine Chapel. You will learn about the history of many of the details found here – described by top art historians working for the Vatican Museum. Thanks to an extraordinary photo shoot made especially for the Vatican Museum, we will show this place in a way that no one has done before.

After seeing the exhibition, you can take a bit with you. We invite you to visit our SHOP, where you will find extraordinary projects related to the exhibition theme: T-shirts, stationery, notebooks and posters. Here you will find products from the Vatican Museums.
Before entering the exhibition, you can stop at the WAITING ROOM, after which you will enter the exhibition according to the time indicated on your ticket.
The exhibition is under the auspices of the Vatican Museums.
The ticket entitles the holder to a one-time entry to the Exhibition from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM for individual visitors and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for group visitors. The last possible entry to the exhibition is at 7:30 PM.

A free ticket for teachers is available for school groups of more than 10 people.
A ticket for the group supervisor is available for groups exceeding 20 tickets.
Tickets can be purchased at the Exhibition ticket office and online. In case of a queue, online tickets are processed first.
A family ticket allows for the purchase of discounted tickets for 2 adults accompanied by at least 1 child.
Persons with disabilities are entitled to discounted tickets. Individuals with mobility impairments are entitled to a free ticket for a caregiver.
